Music

I always have and always will love music, but lately I've been so into it! I just keep getting urges to dig for more and more music which is fine by me. I'd say music's pretty inspirational in general but it can really inspire fashion. If I've been listening to grunge music all day then I'm drawn to more of a grunge style and that goes with all genres. Anyways, here's a list of some songs I'm really loving lately.

A Mid Summers Night Dream

Currently I'm in the most stylish city in the world, New York. But since my cameras dead as chivalry there will be no pictures for now... but I promous there will be some soon. So in the meantime here are some summer adventure pictures me Haley and Ilsa took, and i said i would upload, ages ago.

NYC!

IM GOING TO NEW YORK. Sorry, done with that im just really excited. Tomorrow at this time i will be landing in new york about to embark on a 6 week trip. Although most people get excited to see time square, statue of liberty, and the empire state buliding, my yerning lies else where. All i want to do is ride the subway, buy vintage magazeens in the village, eat H&H bagels, go to Top shop, and people watch. All in all im just so excited to go to NY.

As Rosa already said, sorry for the lack of posting! It's been pretty crazy here in Madison so this post is going to kind of be a random review of my week. First I was rummaging through my grandparent's closet and found a bunch of great vintage dresses!

Later that day I went to a family friend's wedding and me and my cousin had a little photo shoot before. I decided to go for all out pink. I wore a dress from H&M, thrifted, pink heels, some pearls, and pink lipstick.

Summer vacation

There hasnt ben any activity since tuesday! Yes we know that. But even bloggers like us have to take a vacation once in a while. We hate to leave all our egger readers ( yes all 3 o you) hanging but every need some R&R once in a while. So just hold out untill wenasday and i promass well be back with an exciting anouncment, and an update on what weve ben doing during this ciesta.

Summer Memmories

Summer has just started and with school out i was so excited to go swiming, buy shorts, and eat popsicals at the union. Unfortunatly the weather has diffrent plans for my week and has decided to be cold and grey this whoe week. 

While its nice not to be sweating like crazy, and dont get my wrong i love my jeans, i just really want my summer weather. So i guess if i cant actually do any of my favorite summer memmories ill just have to remanice about them. Here are some of my favorite summer pictures from last summer, which hopfully will mirrior my activity for next week. Fingers crossed.

Irving Penn

As it is finals weekend i have ben doing nothing but studying all day. But to ease my bordome im also working on my photography final which has turned out to be quite intresting. Im reasherching legendary fashion photographer Irving penn whos work has ben featured many times in vogue and other major publications. His photographs include still lifes, portraits and high fashion shots. I was compleatly awed at how amazing his work is. His use of color and shape is georges and visionary and his photos all have a timless glamour feal which is so amazing.

So any way, heres just a little sample of his amazingness to brighten up even final weekend. 

Excitement!

So this is kind of a random post but me and Rosa were quite excited this morning when we discovered that Dylana from Color Me Nana has the same shorts that we have! (I say we because the situation is kind of confusing. Originally Rosa's, but they've been living in my closet for a while). Anyways, they're lavender shorts from H&M and they're perfect for the season!
-On a side note, I just got into Gossip Girl and I'm obsessed. Loving it.
